Boy Scout Troop 131 was chartered in March of 1999. The majority of the boys that have been members of Troop 131 have been from home school families.

Cub Scout Pack 131 was chartered in July of 2008, and has grown considerably in its first year.  The pack will consist of Tigers, Bears and Webelos in the 2009 and 2010 year.
